I do not intend to use Emjay Global LLC’s or its affiliates’ addresses for any fraudulent activities. I understand that Emjay Global LLC on suspecting any fraudulent activities, reserves the right to report to law enforcement agents, both in the United States and other related countries.

(*) I agree to keep all invoices and payment receipts on record (with me), and produce same when requested by Emjay Global LLC or the law enforcement agencies. I understand that Emjay Global LLC is not responsible for tracking, mis-delivery or non-delivery of my orders. I understand that I am responsible for buying optional insurance coverage on my shipments and thereby release Emjay Global LLC from any liabilities, in the rare event of a loss or damage of my items while in transit.
