RELEASE OF LIABILITY:- The shipper understands and agrees that the rates do not include insurance or other compensation for loss, signing this form releases EMJAY GLOBAL LLC from any Liability Agreement coverage. The shipper agrees he/she wants no insurance coverage of any kind for this shipment. In case of loss or damaged goods, the shipping line is only liable for $500 per container unit which will be shared among the units loaded.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND FULLY THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE OF LIABILTY, I GIVE UP MY SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING BELOW AND IT IS DONE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

• Please request to purchase cargo insurance to cover the loss or damage of items shipped. Emjay Global LLC will take no liability for any loss or damage without adequate insurance coverage.

• VALUE OF GOODS/RECEIPT. Customers must declare the exact value if the materials/goods tendered for shipment with the receipts or invoices if the value is more than $2500.00
• CUSTOMER’S IDENTIFICATION. Customers must make available, copies of their valid photo ID.
• DETAILED LIST/INSPECTION: All cargo must be accompanied by a detailed list and verified by a representative of Emjay Global. Emjay Global will take no responsibility for the loss of all uninspected cargo.
• DANGEROUS GOODS. The following dangerous materials are not acceptable for shipment: explosives (ammunition, fireworks, distress signals, smoke signals, compressed gas, camping stoves, aerosols...), flam- marbles (matches, lighters, paint, varnish, petrol...), corrosive and oxidizing materials, bleach/bleaching powder, wet batteries, mercury (e.g. thermometer/barometer), sodium..., narcotics, toxic material, radioactive material, household goods such as chlorine.
• EMBARGO. Shipment of textile and shoes are at the sender’s or owner’s risk.
• CUSTOMS. All export shipments are subject to Customs check - both in the U.S and overseas. Emjay Global takes no responsibility for any export shipment that is put on hold, ceased and tampered with by any Customs.
• LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS. Export shipments are usually carried as cargo through ocean freight and subject to customs and ocean carriers’ conditions and handling. Emjay Global takes no responsibility for any damaged items but will make all efforts to trace lost items on the export shipment and ensure adequate compensation from the shipping line.
• DELIVERY TIME. We guarantee delivery of export shipment within 30 days from the date the consignment departs the U.S. However, depending on the volume of the cargo received by the Carrier (Ocean) for shipment and Customs inspection, there may be a delay of some days or weeks before the consignment arrives at the final destination.
